How It Works

Thank you for coming to Dooz! Here are a few important things for you to know as a user and supporter of our campaigns.

Dooz is in fact a PRE-ORDER system, and slightly different than a crowdfunding platform.

The most important things to know are:

Your "pledge" is in fact a purchase. Your card will be charged immediately at the time of checkout. We are not waiting until the end of a campaign to see if it is successful before we charge your card. So, this pre-order is a purchase, not a pledge.

There is no funding goal. Creators who host their campaigns on Dooz will be making and delivering their product regardless of how much money is raised for it.

While we usually have a fixed window for pre-order campaigns, we can always extend them or re-open them as needed for the benefit of the creators and backers.

All products are meant to be delivered in a timely manner, with a timeline provided on each campaign page and with communication and updates to backers throughout the process. Need some info on a particular project? E-mail us at hello@wearezoop.com
